Leave and Attendance related process in veegrow
1. One paid leave for every month. If employee not taken it will carry forward to next month. Those leaves are need to take within financial year April to March. If they having carry forward leave on end of march it will not be to carry forward to next financial year.
2. 5 Hrs Permission can take by employee for an month. Employee need to inform before 7 days. In case of emergency they can apply. No carry forward to next month.
3. One paid leave can take by employee for an month. Employee need to inform before 7 days. In case of emergency they can apply.
Some doubts leave procedure:
1. On the financial year closing ending date is the last date of carry forward date of 26th of march is the last date.
Ex: if employee having feb carry forward leave they need to take that leave on or before 31 of the march month of 26th of the march month.
2. In case employee having carry forward leave on march end. they need to convert into salary or they need to convert that leave to next year leave. If both salary and leave carry forward not there means they will compulsory take that leave.

1 day * 12 Months = 12 days
Total Permission for an employee
5 Hrs * 12 Months = 60 Hrs |
