Some changes in veegrow - recommended as on 28 March 2020
1) Remove Akshat singh from veegrow calendar or suspend him
2) Also under employees
Show active employees in top
And inactive employees in Bottom
3) Add all kB staffs and send them sms reminder for login and logout at 09:25 am and 06:55 pm everyday from tomorrow - manually you can code
4) todo should show daily status call at 06:30 pm with hangout link and they have to join starting Monday and also forum post todo should show
5) ask everyone to complete their profile
6) each team head should assign projects / task for their one day in prior starting Monday
7) mobile friendly buttons for adding task etc for managers for faster access
8) force auto logout at 09:00 pm maximum and notify them via email and also for all of us 11:30 pm force logout . Or just send email for them to logout in veegrow at 09:00 pm and 11:30 pm for those who have not logged out for the day
All are recommendations. Please try to fix it before Sunday and let’s follow it |
