so i spoke to Arun sir, he asked agreement is not a problem sir any time we can sign. Before that ask your person Velmurugan to speak to auditor and confirm the billing software closure and all final points completed.. If auditor said ok billing software finished, then i will speak to them and see demo here. After that please come we will sign the contract and go with process of finance and other project discussion..
so as first step, if you finish ask velmurugan to speak auditor and get confirmation email
Arun, owner, before am telling, he said billing and accounts both are different software...while coming please prepare idea for that along with costing and understanding document.. so that we willl freeze the requirement and instead of working blindly.

Leave and Attendance related process in veegrow
1. One paid leave for every month. If employee not taken it will carry forward to next month. Those leaves are need to take within financial year April to March. If they having carry forward leave on end of march it will not be to carry forward to next financial year.
2. 5 Hrs Permission can take by employee for an month. Employee need to inform before 7 days. In case of emergency they can apply. No carry forward to next month.
3. One paid leave can take by employee for an month. Employee need to inform before 7 days. In case of emergency they can apply.
Some doubts leave procedure:
1. On the financial year closing ending date is the last date of carry forward date of 26th of march is the last date.
Ex: if employee having feb carry forward leave they need to take that leave on or before 31 of the march month of 26th of the march month.
2. In case employee having carry forward leave on march end. they need to convert into salary or they need to convert that leave to next year leave. If both salary and leave carry forward not there means they will compulsory take that leave.
Kindly consider the point and give us quick response.
Total Paid leave for an employee
1 day * 12 Months = 12 days
Total Permission for an employee
5 Hrs * 12 Months = 60 Hrs |

Some changes in veegrow - recommended as on 28 March 2020
1) Remove Akshat singh from veegrow calendar or suspend him
2) Also under employees
Show active employees in top
And inactive employees in Bottom
3) Add all kB staffs and send them sms reminder for login and logout at 09:25 am and 06:55 pm everyday from tomorrow - manually you can code
4) todo should show daily status call at 06:30 pm with hangout link and they have to join starting Monday and also forum post todo should show
5) ask everyone to complete their profile
6) each team head should assign projects / task for their one day in prior starting Monday
7) mobile friendly buttons for adding task etc for managers for faster access
8) force auto logout at 09:00 pm maximum and notify them via email and also for all of us 11:30 pm force logout . Or just send email for them to logout in veegrow at 09:00 pm and 11:30 pm for those who have not logged out for the day
All are recommendations. Please try to fix it before Sunday and let’s follow it |

1) I have removed all to do list as am keep getting sms on login.
2) Can you disable accounts of kathir, venkatesh, rajesh, karthikeyan and santha bharathi if they have relieved properly or taking long break from veegrow.
3) Move your account to Administration as you are completely managing KB Infotech of 37 members for last 3 months now.
4) Also move Programming category, Accounts category next to Project Management category.
5) Add new category KB-Data Services and Add 3 manager, 8 full timers and 12 part timers
6) Rename category KB-SPI Global to KB-HTML Services
7) check for https on both veegrow and kb infotech ( i will install it, you check inside codes )
8) I still have dashboard page showing my login ( design issue ) which you have fixed on dashboard-admin.php alignment when i enable task for me as done by bala two weeks ago
9) Place calendar under the bottom of dashboard page and dashboard admin page
10) So online team members page in dashboard of each employees ( like what we see in dashboard-admin page )
11) Change 99520 99520 in both data.kbinfotech.in and design.kbinfotech.in with extension as #4 , both header and footer where phone numbers like 90031 and 81560 is showing.

Issue - amdiya.in website
1) March 28th 2020 - Received message from cpanel for 90% quota is full. But in actual website admin page, disk space available shows more than 90%.
2) Waited for 7 days to get reply to handle this request, then directly logged in to root and upgrade the space to 5GB.
3) From April 5th 2020, tried to login admin page, the page goes direclty to plans page and not able to access any menus.
4) Waited till April 8th 2020, then tried to upgrade space using ADD-ONS, the payment of Rs.150 debited and the page return the error message "Could not connect".

5) Waited for 10 days till april 17 2020, then dont know either the account issue is renewal or upgrade. Then again tried to renewal the account.

6) Now, i dont know whether my account is in monthly or yearly plan or notification message in admin plans about the plan i have opted.
7) From March 28th 2020 to April 23rd 2020 (25 days) - not able to use my account amdiya.in.
If any one could assist technically to fix this issue, it would be great.

Need immediate focus on these works. Which was explained already. But left unseen.
Referring my old queries to velu, today i have updated https://veegrow.com/dashboard-admin.php page as needed. So please help me fix these two other jobs immediately with designing team support now.
1) https://veegrow.com/dashboard.php - fix alignment issue in my login. Also need i want to show all users list like in dashboard-admin page under dashboard page, even before they see their dashboard details , or a button for them to see dashboard-admin page with users list online like seen by us ( but no permission tabs to others ).
2) https://lightartacademy.com please fix some dashboard / homepage display issues seen visibility with some text and alignment of tabs issue . But in mobile it looks good. Get help from designing team and fix it within a day as client given last chance to fix 3-4 days ago within this weekend without fail.

When i tried to edit an employee it shows html popup error while changing their designation.
Steps to reproduce - Under veegrow -> all employees -> Edit an employee
Choosing designation - shows popup error ( will attach in email ).
Once fixed reply to the query system on veegrow.com so i can change some designations now. |

1) I have uploaded 171 photos in amdiya.in. In that made 10 photos as public. But that not visible in front page.
2) Then I have created a new folder and upload 10 photos and shared as public. But that not visible in front page.
3) Again, I have created a new folder and upload 5 photos and shared as public. But that not visible in front page.
4) Am not able to select folder and click share to change as public, have to enter in the page with list of images and select and then share. That too tried. Data not coming to front page.
Please assist. |
