Issue - amdiya.in website 1) March 28th 2020 - Received message from cpanel for 90% quota is full. But in actual website admin page, disk space available shows more than 90%. 2) Waited for 7 days to get reply to handle this request, then directly logged in to root and upgrade the space to 5GB. 3) From April 5th 2020, tried to login admin page, the page goes direclty to plans page and not able to access any menus. 4) Waited till April 8th 2020, then tried to upgrade space using ADD-ONS, the payment of Rs.150 debited and the page return the error message "Could not connect". Reference - https://www.mykidsdiary.in/plans-update.php?paygate could2 not connect Acct XX392 debited with INR 150.00 on 09-Apr-20.Info: BIL*ONL*00196. 5) Waited for 10 days till april 17 2020, then dont know either the account issue is renewal or upgrade. Then again tried to renewal the account. My plan is under 349, but no option to renew that amount. So, tried to upgrade the account using 549. Payment is also debited but page return showing error. After the payment page, the amount debited Rs.549 and got the error "could2 not connect" Issue in the url - https://www.mykidsdiary.in/plans-update.php?paygate Acct XX392 debited with INR 549.00 on 17-Apr-20.Info: BIL*ONL*00196 6) Now, i dont know whether my account is in monthly or yearly plan or notification message in admin plans about the plan i have opted. 7) From March 28th 2020 to April 23rd 2020 (25 days) - not able to use my account amdiya.in. If any one could assist technically to fix this issue, it would be great. Thank you..
