In previous email sent the application form (Jan 6 2020)

Requirement is,

1) This is not public access, it's backend tool for the customer with 1 operator
2) Design the application form and they will make the entry of all data and it should store in database. They will view the application by search or list.
3) Back end - Application - > New Entry, Manage (Edit the application), Status - Stay, Vacated

Delivery - 4 days as maximum with design and development.
